I believe you are talking about the Silex owned Translucent Inc technology that was licensed to IQE, that only happened in the last few years, the tech is still with them and Silex will earn a know amount of royalties very soon, before it relates to sales of Creo stuff, but it has absolutely nothing to do with Silex's laser enrichment technology, which by the way has been proven to work at commercial scale in what they called the test look, although the first commercial plant is yet to be built, that will be Paducah if this plan goes ahead, what are the odds for and against?
Nobody really knows? but I do think personally that it will go ahead because the US needs it!
