    I agree TIMP is illiquid but simple maths says TIMPB= 4 times TIM plus 13.5 cents ff dividend which makes TIMPB worth 61.5 cents, roughly 50% above where it is now. AND TIMPB ranks ahead of TIM in divdend payment and wind up.
