I think what we are seeing is a few early movers taking positions. It's still not really on the markets radar but when the Co. releases some more news I suspect it could be. As can be seen from earlier posts by fellow holders and broker reports, WHE is extreamly undervalued and it is good to see it creeping up without getting a speeding ticket. Slow and steady to $1+ would be good and then maybe the day traders can have a play for a wild ride to the $1.70 broker target .... lets hope they overshoot the mark :-)
