All that small shareholders can do is vote against the re-election of directors that used inside knowledge to smash the share price and attempt to break the company. Agree the current management are overpaid and only interested in their own snouts in the trough. I for one will vote against the renumeration report. The only thing those people understand is to have 2 strikes registered against them and a board spill forced.
