Good conservative numbers here. If I recall, BCB are going to be running a bypass crusher circuit at Burton (not through the CHPP) with a coal type that doesn't require the washing that will stack up quite nicely to be exported as a high energy coal. This will bring very early cash flow as well.
I would suggest Cost per tonne be a little bit lower than $178 including rail and port charges but like I said very good conservative numbers. Cook Mine is still getting rolling so quite good access to the CHPP at Cook for the Bluff PCI Coal! Yield is estimated to be in the 70-75% numbers so looking forward to the results of the 1st quarter results in 2023!
