Rojames, I don't know you, but I have spent a lot of time researching this stock ... a lot of time.... and recent decisions by management of this company are just not making sense to me...
I have come to the same conclusion as yourself - ie there is wayyyyyyyy too much influence from CNOOC - talk about the tail wagging the DOG
