It's been done many times yet still the price declines in theory it should be much higher or atleast has the potential to be much much higher however i think it breaks down to a few simple points firstly outflows still outweigh inflows so the cash sink still holds the weight. Secondly what the company really needs is validation in terms of atleast one candidate being picked up & moved into a licensing agreement, of course these things take time but i think the market & potential investors still question wether the library does in fact have the potential to deliver - approaching 3 years for the first collaboration & while still in the partners hands they're yet to make a move. While yes there is already a large contingency of cash in milestones under the hood until atleast one partner makes that step i don't think the market will act with forward thinking - it will be a big milestone in terms of prescene if/when that event occurs. Finally weighing assets is all good but the best guide is the market & right now the market is valuing them at $11M unless somebody comes forward & is willing to pay more then the price is right there.

Company has the potential to be much much higher as it always has but until either it delivers itself or somebody else comes forward & will put cash to a higher value then i guess it sits right where it is.
