the two key reasons I like the stock (management and the IP)
I like the IP and the science, but am not impressed by management. Their fondness for handing themselves and selected investors free options in large quantities with capital raisings (already at significant discounts) - not to mention free loans and performance rights, despite underperforming their own stated goals - doesn't impress.
