    Point taken Danny and I agree with respect to the dislocation between share price performance and managerial remuneration. I was more commenting on ability in the previous post and I do think the managerial team have a great deal of that. I think there has been an inability to build incremental value and recognition of progress into the share price over a long period of time and that has been a major disappointment for me but I am not sure I agree with your point on the capital raisings in isolation. Capital is almost always raised at a discount and to get a raising under way that may involve concentration rather than dilution against the present share price in the current climate is quite a feat. Management have also shown a good deal of confidence that the next twelve months is going to be determinative for the company and, after the ride we have been on over the last few years, I am looking forward to that.
