    Hello Buffett,
Nice to see a couple of new posters with the uptick from HC. I am a relatively newcomer but enjoy the informed comments from many.
    Re your comments of DCF.
Was not sure what it was so goggled and pasted this comment.
At the end of the day presently it is lack of new investors or those who must have ITC that seem to surpress ITc's climb to what various people consider by various means its true value.
Me I have been a trader and investor since 1986. Made many mistakes but I am stuck on Impress as being a fundamental stock with increasing growth prospects on a per share earning basis. Seems to me until the {P reserves } and the cash in bank is substantiated in the next quarter or two then we continue to have disbelievers who sell but usually on low volume. Tis entered into a uptrend but there are much better targets for daytraders. On a PE factor of 5 many private companes are sold. Thats a 20 % return on the current or projected cash flow. That is where I beleive ITC is at in the 6 to 12month projected cash flow from company presentations. If I had access to 45mill I'd buy the company outright. The 12 month cash in bank subject to increased drill bit expense gives me a 20% return.

    DCF
Discounted cash flow models are powerful, but they do have shortcomings. DCF is merely a mechanical valuation tool, which makes it subject to the axiom "garbage in, garbage out". Small changes in inputs can result in large changes in the value of a company. Instead of trying to project the cash flows to infinity, terminal value techniques are often used. A simple annuity is used to estimate the terminal value past 10 years, for example. This is done because it is harder to come to a realistic estimate of the cash flows as time goes on.
