Thanks FSM8. Good to see someone else's work along with YAs exceptional input. I guess you are still patrolling the FAR board and contributing lengthy spreadsheets because you have an interest in buying back into FAR at some point. Would that be a fair assumption of your own self interest?

Quite a lot of detail you have put forth. I wonder if you would be able to also elaborate on the following;

Soloo potential and value.
JV revaluation of SNE yields from what appears to be extremely low metrics compared to nearology peers.
Potential for refinancing, at or near production, at much better terms.

I dont think we need to go into PE as we are all aware that that poor horse has been flogged within an inch of its life. And I'm sure we will find out what's in that can of worms very shortly.
