with no protection, while the un-tested in Senegal law, share sale was Contested by Far.

The COP Indemnity to WPL only expired when COP won PE case and then did deal with Far letting Far off the hook for COP'S legal expenses if Far didn't continue claim against Cop PE notice issue etc.
Hence, Indemnity of COP/WPL sale,no longer required as COP made good on there pledge to deliver asset to WPL
End of story.!!!
