Your screenshot was taken when the market was closed; throughout the day volumes looked vastly different. For example there was ~80 buyers then, for total ~4 million units including a single 1 million unit bid, I think at 21 cents.
Let's hope those buyers (and more!) come back today when the market opens and that the large buyer has many more similar sized rounds to fire.

Was just doing some DD on KTD and chuckled from this exchange. Also I felt reassured we're not the only ones with the general conclusion that KTD looks solid:
