My answer is no, because these rights (incentives) may not even materialise and they're only potentially granted in the future as mentioned above, when the division is ticking along positively. So I don't see the correlation. I also think the current SP is/was under A LOT of downward pressure due to the founder/s stepping back and selling down, which is unrelated to current management's performance.
Whether the amounts are too generous and/or the goals are too low, I think it's too early to draw a considered conclusion on that point.
