What a positive announcement I think. ERM is leaving the building via the front door as a tenant and buying a share in the house and coming back in through the front door.
We get to keep the house master bedroom and ensuite. It will be so much easier now for Empire to control its own destiny owning all the tenements in their own name and with cash to develop the rights WE hold.
This is a master stroke really. In the long run we will come out cream rising to the top.
