    So how many shares are going to be listed after deal is approved ?

    did ERM say in there letter there not intending to take control of empire.
    so the 19.99% is just a off chance so there not declaring to the market there intention.

    i am voting no to this!

    open the books to all O&G players mr board member by reinstating data room and see what different deals are there because this one does not smell right to me.
