If PCAS signs the deal by tomorrow they will squeeze the most out of CMQ knowing how CMQ is desperate for good news. Why else will anyone sign a deal with a company awaiting a court decision in January that could sent it into liquidation?

In any case, even if the deal is signed, nothing has change if there are no sales! Looks at the millions in the CMQ inventory and it will tell you production far exceed demand.
