    The smart end of town would be dumping into this announcement, but the volume just isn't there.
    Significantly adverse $/t is market sensitive IMO and the coy is required to report such findings as they come to hand- not just when convenient.
    I'm encouraged by this ann and am comfortable with the trading range we are finding ourselves in..
