I wish to lodge my objections to the proposed settlement in accordance with provisions of Section 7 of your Notice.
I understand that the relevant cut off date for lodgement of objections is 2 December 2014; 4 pm.
I enclose a copy of a Letter outlining basis of my objections.

As I am in Coffs Harbour, and due to depart for an ARL member meeting in Brisbane on 28 this month,
I request of you to lodge a relevant form to the Court registering my Opposition.
I hope the Authorisation below is actionable.
I am able to make a personal Submission to the Court on the date indicated.

I should add here, that it is my request to allow me to join fellow PIF members
to present our Submissions in unison.
