So,Ozblue, all things considered, this is my opinion of what the thinking is - just my opinion mind, I'm open to yours or others :

-hadji supports a "stand-alone high-grade copper operation" as per 31/1 Ann.
- Alty has no economic resource at surface and requires further drilling to determine at depth resource
- to date, GTE cannot reasonably conclude they can proceed with Hadji as "part of a multi-mine copper operation" (including setting up a centralised JV smelter etc.
- this may come but it reduces the project to "conceptual status"
- as such, they have reasonable grounds to renegotiate the original terms of the JV and have made a specific proposal to TKS, based upon the current agreement being based on historical results that are no longer valid
- TKS have yet to respond

value your opinion, people like Wildblood, blokes, Oilyman etc.
