it looks like Sino are back on track well over 2 mil on the buy side - they have had a look at chm more closely today and boys and girls its all go go from here on I am sure 30th March is mere formality - thats if it honestly gets to court which I doubt very much. This is the pits the lowest its all up from now on.
The yanks are starting to get it together now so by end of year we should be going well.
