    i think the mezzaine loan have killed RAT. I did a rought calculation the other day, if value fall by 15% since June 08. Then equity is all wiped out.

    Having said that, there is no immediate requirement to pay back the loan. in 2-3 years time if RAT survive, it will prosper.
