If the middle class is shrinking and they have less money that would make them decide against the expense of having children - it makes sense. This news doesnt get out past the censors, they would have you believe everything was the other way round with increasing average wealth and more of the population having money to spend. I'm glad you can give us the inside info about the actual state of the economy.
