I doubt much has changed in the past 3 weeks... they might've done well in 11/11, but they would've forecasted this.
One perspective is that any positive signs is very encouraging. Some tend to believe it's still trading at an expensive multiple. What's certain is that it'll take some time for things to change.
And improvements in birth rates will take years, if it even happens. So I hope you're patient.
