I put the one you mentioned on ignore last week.
It had gotten to the point where engaging with them in any form felt like it was feeding their addiction for conflict and attention.
I'd also lost count of the number of times I'd see them blast the same arguments over and over, so I'm pretty confident I won't miss anything new or thought-provoking any time soon.
