According to Nabtrade the fair value placed on DCN by Morningstar is $1.867.
In recent months Morningstar has consistently placed a higher value on DCN then other analysts - eg the consensus market value of DCN by 6 analysts recorded on the MarketScreener website is only $0.87, with the range being $0,42-$1,55.
It is a nice update we got today - but what we really need is lots more excellent drill results telling us that the LOM will extend to 10-12 years with a significantly lower AISC.
There is still the possibility that Rohan will do a CR to ensure there is no likelihood of not meeting their loan covenants, although they could re-schedule the repayments with the agreement of the banks as an alternative if funds get tight.
