I find interestng that each speciality in medicine with a vested interest believes their solution to be THE optimal solution.
Surgery is surgeons, clearly yours is somewhat psych or neuro related and MSBs is stemmed cells.
Is it any wonder the general public struggles with trusting some medical practice when doctors are more than willing to contradict each other on best practice, even within specialities sometimes.
