Much as I respect your earnest research I think you're missing the point on this occasion. @travelightor is not suggesting there is a FULL COMPLIANCE blunder here, he is just pointing out what is another example of the half baked nonsense served up by this management.
I like msb, I want this company to succeed, we're all better off if they do, BUT, why do phase 3 trials mentioned with such fanfare in 2011 disappear without trace for so many years without mention. Further, if it is ok to operate it such a way, what value should the market place on the current and active trials?
