To expand a little. Made it happen - MSB partnered with JCR, who partner locally with Medipal. JCR is able to expand Temcell because MSB is increasing supply to them, and JCR is investing at each location with storage equipment and working with Medipal who seem to be the people on the spot, sales etc - if I read all the story correctly, thanks stokdog.
MSB has begun the task of creating the reputation for being able to supply a commercial quantity of uniform product. That was planned for by the "alliance with the Lonza Group for long-term commercial manufacturing requirements of its product candidates".
