well that's very odd because JCR licenced Temcell in August... 2003, whilst MSB didn't acquire Osiris stem cell assets until more than 10 years later!
Meanwhile, JCR's annual report makes it very clear that the cells are manufactured in Japan at a JCR facility.

But by all means take the word of someone who has clearly done no research into the company he owns but continues to ramp it!
