I have recently answered 4seasons query about my involvement with msb and elsewhere - maybe that is why anjo is exempting me from answering on this occasion. That said, @madamswer, you've had to field these questions many times more than me, if others don't know your position on msb then they never will.

Truth be known, if I was short or had been I would happily share the fact - I haven't and would feel decidedly uncomfortable if I started telling porkies.

I suppose, if people read that shorters are evil enough times, they start to believe it. It appears to be ok to own shares and cajole others to buy with speculation that has not the slightest resemblance to reality, but not ok to provide compelling evidence going the other way.

Why is it ok, I wonder, to smash the shorters who take on plenty of risk and expense and, as sure as eggs are eggs, will have to buy at some point in the future, but then ignore the continuous ramping and nonsense that saw this company shoot up to $10+ and ultimately left investors high and dry when the reality hit?

I am convinced more people.do their dough on the upramping that goes on than from anything the shorter achieves.
