The most pain relief I ever got from a nerve block was about two weeks.

Nope, I've made my mind up, it's surgery, but a neurosurgeon not an orthopaedic one.

I did permanent damage when I was 35 y/o, now 52, and it's been a sometimes miserable existence since then.

As well as losing my nursing career path, I'm unable to ride the motorcycle very often, and I'm limited in other fun activities, including the nocturnal ones!

Got a nine hour flight to Bangkok, then on to Myanmar in four weeks from today.

Not looking forward to the flights this time, which are usually one of my favorite parts of the holiday.

The seats in economy aren't usually the most comfortable...
