I've been realistic. Yes, I believe the Government has decided already to go ahead with NBN. This may be does not make sense, expensive and not effective, given what we already know, but so the cash hand outs to stimulate the economy. It is just good politics. Clearly, the NBN will create many well paid jobs, will increase tax revenue, and reduce the unemployment benefits bill. The fact that the SP is going down almost every day is a sign that this information has been somehow leaked to the Market.
