If what the article states eventuates, the Government have changed the rules of the game mid stream and structuring the build in a different manner in that to which they were given the mandate..
Senator Conroy says that "Telstra will not stop the build of this network".. If that is the case, maybe 1.7 miilion voters that are shareholders and the millions more that have their superannuation at stake here, will stop it by getting rid of the Government at the next election.. The public control what will eventually get built, not the pollies..
