It sounds very similar to what 'DAF' has posted many many months ago and I and others (skul etc) have posted to support this theory, just check out his past posts.
This will have to be the best option trade for a long long time when the tides starts to wash back out to sea.
As per that shampoo add, it won't happen overnight but it will happen..............
