Instead:
I just looked at Charlie Boy's 3rd Nov 2021 futures list. Would not "BA coal is fully sold until end January 2022" just be, that TER have accepted all contracts out to Jan 2022 as per Note 2 with some certain tonnage it would be happy to risk e.g. 80% of BA?
