Thanks for your post thehound, appreciate your thoughts. As far as I'm concerned the person who started this thread is scum. Anyone that tries to instil fear at of time of weakness is worth zip in my books.

In regrads to the offer, yes it's a disappointment, however it's an open market, so if it's worth much more than 33 then someone else will make a bid, if there's no other bids then the market has spoken and that's all we're worth. At least we now have a safety net of 33.

I also happened to speak to one of the directors today, who advised that although they were disappointed in the offer, they were glad that they have an offer on the table and they will now do what they can to extract a better offer once they have their valuation completed.
