yet another possible bonus. Heron recently announced that it had done a deal with Echelon Resources. Only one post on H.C. so far on Echelon .... ECH... and that post was made today by Insider Trader.

Heron's Iron Ore tenements go to Echelon in return for 25 million Echelon shares and 10 million performance options. At the time this was announced, ECH share price was about .30 cents and today closed up 13% to 58 cents?? Heron is one of the very few minors who have given benefits back to its shareholders, Avoca is one that has been a star performer and Pioneer followed a year later again with free shares.

Echelon is in joint venture with todays big mover Cazaly. Heron have given some indication that the shares it will receive from Echelon will probably be passed on to Heron shareholders, even if it may take upto 9 months to receive another bonus!!
