    robhay, you actually sounds surprised. TNC has been aquiring "nice sounding businesses" for years now and every time the SP goes south.

    The only earners are one of teh Directors companies that gets "fees" for some so-called "work". It's all in the ASX reports, just take a while to examine and compare.
