OKLU also has phosphate in Mali. But I see on their board the following comment:
"I started looking at the phosphate again - you can't navigate the Niger at Gao, so it will have to be road.
It's a 24 hour drive by car to either coast, across at least one national border (Mali is landlocked) to either Niger/Nigeria or Sierra Leone. I'm not happy with the freight cost risk for the phosphate which was my primary reason for looking in. I was going to buy more after more research but this has left me feeling less comfortable with it."
Maybe better that SSC is out of Mali phosphate, despite the world reaching 'peak phosphate'.
