The down-trend has been broken and confirmed as @insaf said.
I'd prefer to wait for solid confirmation and buy 10%-20% higher then to buy lower and risk it only to find it was a false break-out.
Indicators looking very solid, particularly buying volume.
The timing just feels right and stars may be aligning for vmm.
