The reason I cant see FAS getting past 50% is that the majority of GWR shareholders would be thinking GWR is worth at least $3 plus.
Never mind what a few (a mere trickle) may be willing to sell for at the moment .. the point is FAS will never be able to secure enough for under $3.
My GWR are not for sale for under $4 for example .. I bought in to hold. So did many others.
Also ..
FAS will not only need to keep issuing its 7 for 1 shares - FAS is already has issued around 400 mill plus now - a cash offer will also need to be made.
FAS will need to look at a lot of debt .. who would support and opt for a debt ridden FAS over a debt free, strong and viable GWR?
