You are not consistent in your argument. On one hand you said CMQ winning the case will unleash the sale plug and at the same time Stark and their mates can change the marketing environment.

As nockname posted, even if CMQ wins, Stark can still pull the plug by demanding repayment in a years time causing liquidation unless CMQ can find an alternative financier.
