    As nockname posted there has been no sales in the last 8 months before Stark gave the redemption notice. And there has been almost no sales since then. As you stated nothing on the prospective marketing front has changed, it is absolute nonsense to state that sales will flood in IF CMQ wins the case.

    If you browse the supreme court website, you will find the judge had not been listed for a case, put simply he is spending his time on the CMQ/Stark judgment! The very fact that the judge is taking such a long time to announce the judgment shows that it is a complex case and not a straight forward case like what you and DW like readers to believe.
