Your post doesnt make sense! I know that MWE have j/v's with a bunch of companies, but none that I know of with Mt Gibson (MGX). They do have a "Mt Gibson" project, where the they have a j/v with ACS & another with PSP.
Your post has a curious ring to it:

Not sure what to make of that!
