acturtle, i'm sure Mangrove will reply more comprehensively but i just wanted to say that at the end of the day,if there is no success then it doesn't matter whether pcl has 160m shares on issue or 350m .... they will be worth zero. the issue is that pcl/afrex/wpl believe that the prospects are good ....and Kennedy has put all his eggs in one basket with pcl. If, and I say if, they are right then ALL shareholders benefit more than before the merger .... simply depends on whether you trust the company's prospects. Cheers.
