yes but surely it is easier to cash up from a listed (pcl)entity than an unlisted one (afrex). Kennedy can sell shares in pcl b4 or after a well is dry rather than realise value from afrex as for the escrow period (1) does anyone pay attention to them and (2) how many wells would be spudded b4 the 12 months is up. I agree with acurtle. cheers
