Personally I think the sp bounce for all banks are due to reflection of US stock market rally (mostly election effect) and it won't last long.
I hope I am wrong but it should fall back to $16-18 in a month or two.
Bank won't recover in short as there are lots loan repayment due will result in bad debt, possible rate cut will reduce their profitability etc.
Just my 2 cents.
