I think it might depend on whether we get a second wave here. Current pullback is because US cases are rising and it may get out of control again. So far this is not really our problem.
If we keep going as we are here without a second wave and the government doesn't remove the stimulus too quick we might get through ok without a lot of bad debts. In that scenario $18 might be good buying before we're back above $20.
But a second wave here and we might see $15-$16 again or worse.
All speculation and opinion.
