if you read into detail the stimulus is very heavily geared towards large cooperations and very little to individuals.
under this stimulus the state of New York will only receive 3b to combat the virus as opposed to the democrats bill that consisted of 14b.

all this said and we are only in the first month of this shut down

Yes well done to those who got in under $10 and sold at $20 but I do not see people spending now and the business is still losing money right...
